Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 12, 2023, Rebecca Parsons, Chief Technology Officer Emeritas of Thoughtworks Holding, Inc. (the “Company”) agreed to a reduction in the scope of her responsibilities to the Company, effective September 1, 2023, and a reduction in her time commitment, effective January 1, 2024. As a result, she will no longer serve as an executive officer of the Company, effective September 1, 2023, although she plans to remain an employee of the Company thereafter.
